Anchor the answer in one specific moment, not a list of adjectives. Name the class, internship, or deal that first got you paying attention, then say what about the work itself, the pace, the client exposure, how a deal actually gets built, keeps pulling you back. Close by tying that reason to the bank in front of you, so the answer sounds like it could only be yours, not lifted from a guide.
