Meet your new recruiting shortlist
Sourced opportunities. A shortlist worth returning to. Meet the new Recruiting hub inside IB Atlas.
Free student beta. No card required.
You find a summer analyst posting between classes. You open the application, leave the tab for later, and send yourself the link. By the time you come back, you have to work out again which office it was, whether your graduation year fits, and what you meant to do next.
We built the Recruiting hub to make that return visit easier. Browse the public board, read the details behind a listing, and save the opportunities you want to revisit. Follow the firms you care about to filter your member board.
Check the details before you add another deadline
A bank name and a year are only the beginning. The useful questions are specific: which team, which location, which graduation window, and what does the employer actually say about applications?
The hub puts the opportunity, published timing, eligibility information, and official source within reach. Open a detail page to understand the listing, then use the employer’s own page to confirm the requirements and take the official next step.
Review policies matter, too. A deadline alone does not tell you whether applications are considered during the window. Our guide to rolling and non-rolling applications explains what to look for in the exact posting you are considering.
Save the opportunities you want to come back to
Saving a listing gives it a place in your member shortlist. Following a firm helps you narrow the member board to the firms you choose. That gives your next visit a starting point: the opportunities you already decided were worth another look.
These actions have a specific purpose. Saving does not submit an application, and following a firm does not subscribe you to emails. You apply or register through the official employer link.
Turn the shortlist into a preparation session
The hub is new. It sits alongside the learning, practice, market-reading, and networking tools already in IB Atlas. Once you have a relevant role in mind, give the next preparation session a concrete focus.
- Choose a technical topic. Use the question bank to pick an accounting or valuation concept. Explain the answer aloud before reading the explanation.
- Work on your reason for applying. Use the behavioral practice resources to connect a real experience to your interest in the work.
- Prepare for a conversation. Use the networking workspace to keep your contacts, notes, and follow-ups together. Write down what you want to learn before reaching out.
- Build context. Read about a relevant sector or deal, then put the main point in your own words. Start with the public guides and check the sources behind current developments.
You do not have to use every tool on your first visit. One saved opportunity and one focused preparation task are a useful place to begin.
A focused first release
We are starting with a small, reviewed selection of opportunities for students exploring US and Canadian investment-banking recruiting. This is not a complete list of every bank opening. Listings show review dates and source status; automated checks flag changes for review. If a source needs a recheck, confirm the details directly with the employer before acting.
The coverage and source-check policy explains that scope. Employers control availability, eligibility, and deadlines. IB Atlas is independent of the firms listed.
One opportunity. A place to start.
